Every year, the Arkansas Volunteer Coordinators Association honors an outstanding volunteer, an outstanding volunteer coordinator and a boss that is supportive of volunteer coordinators and their work. These awards are presented during the AVCA awards luncheon at the annual Summit Conference (April 28 & 29, 2011).
